The Presidio Parkway Project was a successful public-private partnership (P3) for reconstructing and improving the Doyle Drive section of U.S. Route 101 in San Francisco. It serves as a notable example of a well-executed P3 delivery.

The project's cost totaled approximately $1.4 billion and was financed through a combination of federal, state, and local sources. Funding came from federal loans, grants from the State of California, and contributions from the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and other local agencies. The P3 structure allowed the private consortium to provide a portion of the project's funding, reducing the reliance on public financing.
